1. The touch screen membrane surface is the touch surface, that is, the front of the product; The glass side is a non-touch side, i.e. the back of the product
2. The touch screen part is a glass product, the glass corner is sharp, please wear gloves/finger sleeves when assembling
3. The touch screen part is a glass fragile product, do not exert a strong impact on the touch screen during assembly.
4. Avoid directly taking the lead to pick up the LCD screen [1] and avoid pulling the lead part.
5. The part of the reinforcing plate of the lead line cannot be bent.
6. No folding phenomenon is allowed in any part of the lead line.
7. When the lead wire is assembled, it must be inserted horizontally, and cannot be inserted in half at the root of the reinforcement plate.
8. When taking and placing the product, a single piece operation is required, and it is handled gently to avoid the products colliding with each other and scratching the surface of the product.
9. When cleaning the surface of the product, please wipe it with a soft cloth (deerskin) dipped in petroleum ether.
10. Do not use corrosive organic solvents to wipe the surface of the touch screen membrane. Such as industrial alcohol, etc.
11. Do not stack the touch screen, use tray disk.
12. When assembling design and frame design, please pay attention to the following matters:
a. The pillar fixing the frame of the touch screen must be outside the viewable area of the touch screen.
b. The frame edge must be outside the operation area of the touch screen, and the frame edge cannot have pressure action from the viewing area to the operation area.
c. It is recommended that the material for fixing the touch screen is plastic material, and the front part of the contact touch screen is cushioned with soft material.
